These four courses are designed to equip church and small group leaders to lead, engage, shepherd, and pray in their small groups.

• Engaging a Small Group: Introduces students to insights and skills to engage group members in the teaching and learning process.
• Shepherding a Small Group: Equips small group leaders to move beyond facilitating discussions to genuinely shepherding the souls of the people in their care.
• Developing a Prayer Driven Small Group: Helps small group leaders develop a prayer-driven ministry focusing on both individual and group prayer.
• Leading a Small Group: Participants will develop a clear biblical vision and practical skill set for effective small group leadership.
