This course is designed to help leaders in student ministry understand the scope of administrative duties and how a proper philosophy grounded in the Great Commission shapes the planning and implementation of every aspect of ministry.

- To develop awareness for how philosophy guides every area of administration and decision making in ministry.
- To attain practical guidance for fulfilling administrative duties that are inherent to student ministry leadership.
- To implement strategies to multiply leadership among adult volunteers and maturing students.
